In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting our world-class logistics services with businesses and individuals seeking reliable transport and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms to foster active online communities.
- Create compelling and engaging content tailored for social media and other digital touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and optimize results-driven digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee online paid advertisements across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor key performance metrics, tracking social media engagement, reach, and overall campaign ROI.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct foundational market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
- Act as the digital voice of the company by responding promptly to online comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing digital marketing activities, analytics, and performance results.
- Support additional marketing and corporate communication projects as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of core social media platforms, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with design and management tools such as Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong flair for content writing.
- Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Prior working experience within the courier, logistics, transportation, or service industry will be considered a significant added advantage.
