Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement for our Owerri location.
- Create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing photo, video, and written content showcasing our signature dishes, restaurant ambiance, and behind-the-scenes kitchen artistry.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for viral content and community growth.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote daily specials, events, and seasonal menu launches.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
- Proven professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Mass Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Exceptional copywriting, photography, and videography skills with proficiency in smartphone content creation and editing software.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
