We are currently seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive client acquisition through strategic organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and curate content across the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all comments, direct messages, and client enquiries.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Creator and Scriptwriter to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support the broader business development team by nurturing online leads into prospective clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and running profitable paid ad campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and ad management tools.
- A verifiable portfolio showcasing successful past digital marketing campaigns.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 200,000 based on experience.
