About the Role
Kaplo Africa is Africa's most innovative Human Resource and Business Support Solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge advisory and human capital solutions across diverse sectors. We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with at least one year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will support our marketing strategies, enhance online visibility, and drive lead generation across multiple digital platforms in the dynamic Lagos market.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and email channels.
- Manage and grow company social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content such as graphics, captions, and short videos aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support lead generation, conversion strategies, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and data analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be based in Lagos or deeply familiar with the Lagos market.
