We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer and Business Development Executive to join our client's growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving revenue growth through strategic online initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong, consistent social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Measure, track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns against established ROI and KPI goals using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer insights, optimizing marketing spend and performance based on data.
- Brainstorm innovative, creative growth strategies to expand our digital footprint and acquire new customers.
- Produce compelling, high-converting copywriting and graphic design assets for web and social media publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader business development objectives.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or business growth.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and content management systems.
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of SEO, keyword research, web publishing requirements, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
