About the Role
The Elevation Church is looking for a dynamic and culturally relevant Digital Creator to join our communications team in Nigeria. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging digital content that tells our story, grows our audience, and strengthens community engagement across multiple platforms. This role blends creative execution, AI-assisted content creation, user-generated content curation, and performance awareness to ensure our messaging remains impactful and platform-optimised.
Key Responsibilities- Create compelling digital content including short-form videos, AI-generated visuals, graphics, photos, and written posts tailored for various social media platforms.
- Leverage advanced AI tools to support ideation, scripting, editing, and content optimisation.
- Source, curate, edit, and repurpose user-generated content from the community while collaborating with volunteer creators.
- Optimise content formats, captions, and storytelling styles to drive engagement and support campaign rollouts.
- Monitor basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and watch time to continuously improve future output.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital content creation, media production, or social media management roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video creation, editing software, and visual design.
- Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted content and video generation tools.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and digital culture across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside staff teams and volunteer communities.
