Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive diction lessons using contemporary teaching methodologies
- Create engaging curriculum materials that enhance vocabulary, pronunciation, and verbal expression
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Integrate modern digital tools and resources to support interactive learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with school standards and dual learning framework
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages confidence in public speaking and language use
- Participate in staff development programs and school-wide initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Valid teaching certification or National Teachers' Registration Council (NTRC) accreditation
- Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience in diction or English language instruction
- Strong communication and presentation skills with native-level fluency
