We are currently looking for a skilled Diameter Operator for our pipe mill operations to ensure precision manufacturing and seamless production workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor pipe mill diameter equipment efficiently to meet production targets and quality specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all manufactured pipes meet rigorous industry standards.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, production reports, and documentation as required.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and industrial best practices.
- Proven experience working in Pipe Mills, Spiral Pipe Mills, Steel Plants, or Heavy Industrial Projects.
- Strong background in production operations, industrial automation, PLC/VFD systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and operational manuals effectively.
