About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is a premier indigenous brand renowned for manufacturing high-end furniture and delivering timeless, functional spaces for clients nationwide. We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless coordination of luxury furniture and interior projects, guiding them from initial design and precise site measurements through to expert production and flawless installation. You will collaborate closely with our discerning clients as well as our internal Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations in quality, aesthetic appeal, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate high-end furniture and interior projects from initial concept and site measurement through to final production and installation.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and present comprehensive design solutions that balance form and function.
- Ensure all projects are executed strictly according to approved designs, accurate measurements, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal Design, Production, and Installation teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop detailed furniture designs and production drawings utilizing industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor progress and resolve on-site execution challenges.
- Integrate sustainability principles and eco-friendly design practices into residential and commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered Architect or fully eligible for registration with ARCON.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, furniture manufacturing, fit-out, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural design software.
- Deep understanding of furniture detailing, diverse materials, precise measurements, and modern production workflows.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and robust problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Valid willingness and ability to travel to project sites across Nigeria when required.
