About the Role
The Dangote Group is seeking a talented and creative Visual Communications Designer to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing all corporate visual and communication materials, ensuring our brand standards are consistently elevated across all internal and external touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with HR Shared Services to deliver compelling graphics, digital media, and automated communications that support our phenomenal organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design corporate communication materials including announcements, letters, templates, newsletters, presentations, flyers, and banners.
- Develop engaging visual content for employee engagement, corporate events, wellness campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
- Design recruitment materials such as job vacancies and advertisements in compliance with approved corporate branding guidelines.
- Create and edit digital content, including videos, animations, and motion graphics.
- Maintain Excel data sheets, design trackers, communication schedules, and organized repositories of approved designs and source files.
- Support bulk email distribution, mail merge, and automation of visual communications using approved digital tools.
- Transcribe audio recordings, meetings, and voice notes into accurate written documents to support HR communication workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine and Applied Arts, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in corporate graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-powered design tools.
- Strong knowledge of video editing, digital content creation, and multimedia design.
- Relevant certifications in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Microsoft Power Automate are an added advantage.
