Key Responsibilities- Define and execute innovative design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and wireframing to final UI delivery.
- Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and data-driven design experiments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
- Contribute to our evolving design system and advocate for inclusive accessibility standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Over 5 years of senior product design experience with a strong focus on UX and fintech.
- Mastery of Figma, including auto layout, design tokens, and scalable component libraries.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions.
- Strong background in designing responsive experiences for both mobile and web platforms.
