About the Role

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-governmental organization supporting relief and development work in over 99 countries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Deputy Regional Advisor, Supply Chain. In this role, you will provide critical advice, guidance, and support for all Supply Chain Management activities and initiatives across country programs in the region, ensuring agile, compliant, and efficient operations that drive high-quality programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and support to CRS country programs on procurement, logistics, warehousing, fleet management, and compliance.
  • Support the effective deployment and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle for supply chain operations.
  • Review complex tender documents, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and contracts to ensure donor compliance and operational quality.
  • Promote supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Support country programs in resolving audit findings, implementing corrective actions, and mitigating operational risks.
  • Design and facilitate capacity-building initiatives, including staff training, mentoring, and regional knowledge-sharing workshops.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in international supply chain, logistics, or procurement within the NGO sector.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP systems, with Oracle expertise strongly preferred.
  • Professional supply chain certifications such as CIPS or APICS are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 30% of the time.
