In this critical senior role, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, optimize back-office functions, and ensure our shared services effectively support our market-facing subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and optimize overall business operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the group.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement strategic operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial services operations, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet organizational financial targets.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks within the Nigerian financial sector.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated background in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; a relevant master's degree or professional certification is a strong advantage.
