Key Responsibilities- Drive and lead workshop prefabrication and painting activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Organize prefabrication troubleshooting and implement effective corrective measures.
- Lead, mentor, and follow workshop personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Issue comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Record daily production progress accurately into dedicated prefabrication software.
- Monitor and track priority items within the workshop to prevent bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary focal point for clients and third-party inspectors regarding all workshop-related matters.
- Follow up and monitor continuous improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in workshop management and prefabrication within the oil and gas or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in PVV (Pressure Vessel and Piping) and STR prefabrication processes.
- Strong background in prefabrication and painting supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized prefabrication software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to issue detailed daily and weekly reports.
