In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving workshop efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading our technical teams toward operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and lead all workshop prefabrication and painting activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Organize and execute prefabrication troubleshooting to resolve technical bottlenecks efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor workshop personnel to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Issue comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
- Record daily operational progress accurately into dedicated prefabrication software.
- Monitor and track priority items within the workshop to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Act as the primary focal point for clients and inspection authorities for all workshop-related purposes.
- Follow up and monitor continuous improvement actions to optimize shop floor performance.
- 10 to 15 years of solid experience in Workshop Management and Prefabrication within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in PVV and STR prefabrication processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Welding Technology.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized prefabrication software.
- Proven background in supervising complex prefabrication and painting operations.
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to deliver accurate daily and weekly updates.
