About the Role
President Paint Nigeria Limited is one of the pioneers of the indigenous and leading Paints Manufacturing company in Nigeria. Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with development facilities and over 500 retail locations nationwide, PRESIDENT PAINTS NIGERIA has over 300 employees. We are currently looking for a diligent and customer-focused Depot Attendant to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth daily operations at our depot.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional general customer service to all clients visiting the depot.
- Prepare accurate invoices for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue valid payment receipts and ensure all necessary transaction details are properly captured.
- Accurately calculate product prices based on established company pricing structures.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on sales captured and depot transactions.
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant field of study.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar depot, retail, or administrative role.
- Candidates must reside in close proximity to Jakande, Lekki, or its environs to ensure punctuality.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail for pricing and invoicing.
