Key Responsibilities- Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas to deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems continuously to detect suspicious activity and potential safety hazards.
- Control access to the property by verifying the identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Write clear, detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily security logs for management review.
- Enforce hotel safety policies while delivering courteous customer service to guests and staff.
- Proven previous experience working in a security role within the hospitality or corporate sector is preferred.
- Strong observational skills, high attention to detail, and sound judgment in evaluating situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols, surveillance equipment operation, and emergency response procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a trustworthy and punctual disposition.
