About the Role
Falash Dental Clinic (FDC) is a fast-growing premium dental practice based in Utako, Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering world-class patient experiences in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused, and commercially aware Dentist to manage our Clinical Services function, drive clinical excellence, and support our ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations while delivering high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical protocols, safety standards, and MDCN guidelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop dental personnel, fostering collaboration and high-performance standards within the clinical team.
- Collaborate with management on service development, patient acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, lead quality assurance audits, and manage patient safety initiatives.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC progressive clinical experience in a private dental practice environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience and exposure to digital, restorative, or cosmetic dentistry will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for patient-centered care.
