About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiographer to join our esteemed client network in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will deliver diagnostic imaging examinations safely and effectively, producing high-quality images while ensuring strict radiation safety and compassionate patient care. You will play a vital part in clinical workflows, upholding international standards of medical imaging practice.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations across relevant imaging areas to professional standards, ensuring correct patient preparation and positioning.
- Apply rigorous radiation-safety and quality-control standards in daily practice to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain equipment readiness for your assigned workspace and report any mechanical or technical faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and support efficient medical reporting and result workflows.
- Operate imaging equipment competently and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Radiography / Medical Radiography (B.Rad / BSc Radiography) from a recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification.
- Successful completion of the required national internship and NYSC, or a valid exemption.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience, though exceptional newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Thorough knowledge of radiographic techniques, image acquisition, and patient positioning.
- Postgraduate certifications in modalities such as CT, MRI, or ultrasound, and prior experience in multi-specialty healthcare environments are distinct advantages.
