The British Council is seeking a dedicated Delivery Network Coordinator to join our vibrant exams team in Abuja, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all test-day and post-test operations in strict compliance with global standard operating procedures, security guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee venue and supplier sourcing, contracting, performance management, and equipment readiness to ensure cost-effectiveness and full compliance.
  • Manage the secure handling of confidential exam materials, conduct operational readiness checks, venue audits, and comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Supervise staff rostering, training, and development while acting as the primary operational contact for venues and delivery partners.
  • Handle incident response, issue escalation, and customer feedback resolution in close collaboration with internal governance and compliance teams.
Qualifications
  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience in coordinating secure, regulated service delivery such as exams, logistics, or large-scale events.
  • Proven ability to manage venues, equipment, and logistics while adhering to strict security, confidentiality, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising staff or external contractors and maintaining accurate operational documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English to effectively navigate global processes and stakeholder communications.
  • Desirable assets include prior experience with educational assessment services, knowledge of audit requirements, or a Lean Six Sigma qualification.
