Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale business unit transformation projects including turnarounds, restructurings, capability building, and organizational redesign.
- Design and establish transformation offices to ensure successful execution and sustainability of strategic initiatives.
- Lead interactive client workshops and build high-performing, cohesive project teams.
- Empower, mentor, and coach client teams and colleagues to achieve and sustain exceptional impact.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address productivity and performance improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related quantitative field, with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management, with prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment strongly preferred.
- Industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, or Financial Services is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and operational productivity improvement.
