About the Role
Global Rainbowbird Partners is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dehydration Operator to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial dehydration and drying equipment to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and regulate dehydration and drying machinery in accordance with production guidelines.
- Inspect dried products regularly to ensure they meet exact moisture, texture, and quality specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical faults promptly.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members on the production floor to achieve daily output targets.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, shift reports, and inventory records of processed materials.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on practical experience operating dehydration or industrial drying equipment.
- Demonstrated technical competence, with the ability to showcase previous work experience during the selection process.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a high level of responsibility.
