About the Role
PalmPay is building a robust ecosystem to provide millions of customers with the best choice and value in digital and financial services. We are expanding our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) operations and looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and growing our dealer network within an assigned territory, ensuring dealer performance aligns seamlessly with our ambitious sales targets, brand standards, and customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand our territorial footprint.
- Monitor dealer performance against established sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement innovative dealer sales strategies to drive product penetration.
- Train and support dealers on product knowledge, transparent pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer operations, visual branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer-related issues promptly to maintain strong, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address potential areas of concern.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, emerging market trends, and competitor activities.
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
- Proven experience in managing distribution networks and dealer operations within the Nigerian market.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and data analysis tools including MS Office.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
