About the Role
Committed To Good (CTG) is an award-winning private sector company that enables humanitarian and development projects in conflict zones. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Enumerator (DTM) to join our team in Usaka LGA, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will play an instrumental part in gathering accurate data to support mobility tracking, registrations, flow monitoring, and essential community surveys.
Key Responsibilities- Collect high-grade data using DTM methodology and tools following a pre-established schedule.
- Conduct rapid registrations, assessments, and community surveys with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Maintain data integrity and credibility during interviews, entries, and field operations.
- Triangulate collected data with relevant partners and submit reports promptly to the Team Leader.
- Monitor DTM field operations and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and enhanced process quality.
- Collaborate effectively with field teams, local partners, and community stakeholders while respecting cultural differences.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant academic field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for a diploma holder or 1 year for a degree holder.
- Mandatory prior experience working within the humanitarian field, NGO, or INGO sector.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection, statistics, and community-based assessments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to explain instructions clearly and make mature decisions.
