About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a prominent leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and agro-allied sector, is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our fast-paced B2B Supply Chain team in Lagos. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless logistics operations, timely dispatch documentation, and accurate processing of waybills and invoices to support our nationwide distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Generate waybills and invoices for loaded trucks accurately and within required timelines.
- Ensure accurate capture and processing of dispatch data, including product SKUs, quantities, and delivery details.
- Verify gate passes and conduct status checks prior to processing loading documentation.
- Prevent invalid or zero-value dispatch transactions through diligent verification processes.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in all waybill and invoice documentation.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to support efficient delivery and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System requirements and established operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies relating to gate passes, invoicing, and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Internal Audit, IT, and Logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
- Minimum of two years of experience in data entry, logistics administration, dispatch operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in computer operations with strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong numerical, record-keeping, organizational, and time-management abilities with the flexibility to work shifts.
- Prior experience working with invoicing systems and waybill processing in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
