About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is revolutionizing the food sector in West Africa through rapid expansion and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and financial databases by ensuring that all daily business transactions, supplier invoices, and stock movements are captured with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and process suppliers' invoices, waybills, and Good Transfer Notes (GTNs) for all Pie Production Units, the Central Kitchen, and Chicken Republic stores.
- Input data accurately from various sources into databases and create error-free spreadsheets with large volumes of figures.
- Cross-verify entered data against source documents such as bin cards and Excel sheets to ensure complete alignment.
- Update existing records, identify discrepancies swiftly, and notify relevant stakeholders to correct errors.
- Retrieve data from electronic files and databases upon request while maintaining organized hard-copy records for seamless future access.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of warehouse, administrative, or relevant data entry experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with high typing speed and accuracy.
