We are currently seeking a talented and versatile IT Support Officer to join our vibrant team and help drive our technological and operational efficiency to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable, front-line technical support to end-users, promptly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic IT issues.
- Assist with the administration and management of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID to ensure seamless workplace collaboration.
- Support daily network and system operations to maintain high uptime and secure data integrity across the organization.
- Create and design engaging graphics and support basic corporate web design initiatives as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, manage user accounts, and oversee asset inventories.
- Collaborate closely with the wider IT team on exciting ongoing digital transformation projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Travel occasionally to company locations as required to provide on-site technical interventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on IT support and helpdesk experience.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and foundational networking concepts.
- Strong, verifiable graphic design skills with a portfolio of creative work.
- Prior experience with web design and content management systems will be an added advantage.
