About the Role
Davidorlah Farms is a leading pineapple farm estate developer and management service company specializing in commercial pineapple farming and the nationwide distribution of fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables in Nigeria. We are currently looking for a diligent and organized Data Entry Officer to ensure that critical farm, production, inventory, sales, and operational records are accurately captured, maintained, and readily accessible to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Capture, input, and update daily farm production, harvest, and yield records into the database.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory levels, stock movement logs, and equipment maintenance records.
- Verify data accuracy against physical field reports, delivery receipts, and other source documents.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly flag any data discrepancies to relevant supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Business Intelligence teams to supply necessary operational data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company, partner, and client records.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in relevant academic disciplines.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in data entry, record keeping, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with modern ERP software or database management systems.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Prior experience utilizing Pivot Tables, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a distinct advantage.
- Previous working knowledge of agribusiness or farm operations will be considered a strong plus.
