About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading firm in the beverage production industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless production of our high-quality dairy products, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding our commitment to excellence and consumer safety across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards including HACCP and GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, rapid troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance to minimize costly downtime.
- Monitor critical processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to guarantee consistent product quality.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas thoroughly according to established Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitation protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in a food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, industrial hygiene standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Good troubleshooting skills and strong mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving machinery issues.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced industrial production setting.
