About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building an innovative financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Officer to join our offline state support team in Borno. In this role, you will act as the primary face of our brand, delivering high-quality, timely, and professional support to walk-in customers and managing digital interactions via WhatsApp groups to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for walk-in customers and manage inquiries across official WhatsApp support platforms.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer complaints, technical issues, and service requests.
- Accurately log all customer support interactions and track requests using internal management systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution and minimize escalation times.
- Adhere strictly to approved communication scripts, service level agreements (SLAs), operational guidelines, and data privacy policies.
- Collect, document, and report valuable customer feedback to support continuous service improvements.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service, support, or a related client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited institution.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset.
