About the Role
Branda is a premier branding partner dedicated to analyzing client challenges, crafting innovative solutions, and planning seamless execution throughout the business year. We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Support & Experience intern currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and effective support while experiencing the utmost value from our comprehensive branding services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with high professionalism and empathy.
- Guide clients through Branda's branding solutions and help them navigate service offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex challenges when necessary.
- Gather client feedback to help improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolution steps in our CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation to support ongoing client accounts and projects.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member currently serving or about to start service in Nigeria.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize with clients and solve problems creatively.
- Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office suite, and modern collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
