About the Role
Onyx Beauty Hub is a premier luxury hair brand specializing in the wholesale and retail of premium virgin and raw single donor hair. We pride ourselves on offering an exquisite variety of textures including straight, wavy, and curly options, ethically sourced from regions such as China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Burma, and Argentina. We are currently looking for a dynamic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nigeria and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Attend promptly to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other digital communication channels.
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow up proactively on leads, abandoned shopping carts, and prospective luxury hair buyers.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and seamless deliveries.
- Handle all customer complaints and feedback with utmost professionalism to guarantee prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs on the company CRM system.
- Provide active support for marketing promotions, social media campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Minimum of an ND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in any relevant field of study.
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite and persuasive interpersonal style.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business growth.
- Familiarity with modern CRM systems and basic digital record-keeping tools.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a proven aptitude for working effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
