Key Responsibilities- Attend to walk-in and phone customers promptly, responding to enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding our menu, products, promotional offers, and pricing.
- Assist customers in making suitable choices that match their preferences and dietary needs.
- Process customer food and beverage orders efficiently using the designated point-of-sale systems.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction and maintain lasting relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when required.
- Collaborate closely with team members and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and customer-first attitude.
