About the Role
Design Bricks Homes & Property, a leading Nigerian real estate firm specializing in land sales, housing, property management, and advisory services, is seeking a friendly and results-driven Customer Service Representative. In this vital role based in Ilaro, Ogun State, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective buyers warmly at the office and via digital channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries regarding land sales, housing, and property management services.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about current real estate advisory services and available property listings.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints using internal database systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar administrative role.
- Must currently reside in Ilaro or its immediate environs within Ogun State.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong, polite interpersonal demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customer situations with patience and tact.
- A background or strong interest in the Nigerian real estate and property sector is an added advantage.
