We are currently seeking a passionate, talented, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to welcome our guests and ensure their dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression of the Elysium Lagos brand.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and feedback efficiently across our cafe, lounge, garden restaurant, and fine dining sections.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure prompt and attentive service delivery.
- Resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining the establishment's high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our menu offerings, daily specials, and overall brand philosophy to guide guests effectively.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience as a customer service representative or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or fine dining sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside within Lekki Phase One or easily accessible surrounding areas in Lagos.
