Myafrimall Logistics Limited, a premier international freight company and independent customs broker, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lagos. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while also playing a hands-on role in daily warehouse and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities- Welcome walk-in customers and respond promptly to client enquiries across all digital channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide accurate and professional details regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, package tracking, and our full range of freight services.
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of inbound items and report any defects, damages, or irregularities immediately to management.
- Accurately process, pack, and prepare cargo and packages for shipment in strict compliance with company handling standards.
- Prepare required shipping documentation, invoices, and operational paperwork with high precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain clean, organised daily logs of client interactions, branch shipments, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow at the branch.
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in customer service, logistics operations, retail, or a related field (enthusiastic entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with active listening and strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Proximity to the Akiode, Ojodu, or Berger axis in Lagos is considered a strong advantage.
