Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression of Whispers Art Haus.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally, both in-person and via communication channels.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the operations, kitchen, and management teams to resolve any guest issues swiftly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our hospitality offerings, menu, and upcoming lifestyle events.
- Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently while adhering to company standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and brand representation at all times.
- Minimum of a OND/HND/BSc in relevant fields with proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
- Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to professionalism and excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Residency in Abuja or willingness to commute to Maitama regularly.
