In this dual-capacity role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support while simultaneously driving our digital presence through compelling multimedia content that showcases our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms to elevate brand awareness.
- Assist customers professionally with inquiries, orders, and general support to guarantee high satisfaction.
- Develop innovative and creative ideas for videos, photographs, captions, reels, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that all published content remains clear, visually attractive, highly professional, and strictly aligned with our brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement metrics to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in content creation, digital media, or customer service.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of major social media platforms and digital content tools.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven creative ability to produce visually appealing and engaging social media assets.
