About the Role
The Elevation Church is a vibrant ministry dedicated to developing effective witnesses for Christ, fostering distinction and greatness, and driving impactful community development initiatives across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a creative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic media and production team.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-quality video edits across multiple content types, including social media clips, YouTube videos, and digital platform campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Post-Production Supervisor to ensure storytelling consistency and visual rhythm.
- Deliver daily and high-volume content efficiently without sacrificing creative standards.
- Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics integration using industry-standard tools.
- Leverage modern AI tools for video, graphics, voiceovers, and sound design to streamline the editing workflow.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience within entertainment, digital media, a media house, or an ad agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of narrative pacing, audience engagement, and modern visual storytelling trends.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and emerging AI-powered video technologies.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
