About the Role
ProDevs is a global talent and technology company helping businesses build, hire, and scale with trusted technical talent. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Customer & Driver Operations Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria and support our innovative ProTaxi platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our driver network, ensuring seamless daily operations, compliance, and top-tier community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new drivers joining the ProTaxi platform.
- Collect, review, and verify all required driver documentation and identification securely.
- Coordinate driver licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance documentation with our compliance consultants.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for drivers on the ProTaxi platform features and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate driver records, vehicle assignment documentation, and real-time onboarding status reports.
- Handle day-to-day driver operational inquiries, support requests, and non-customer-service escalations promptly.
- Moderate and manage driver communications, engagement initiatives, and active community channels.
- Support the Fleet & Driver Operations Manager with driver performance follow-ups and metric tracking.
- Identify recurring operational challenges, analyze feedback, and report trends directly to management.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in onboarding, KYC verification, field operations, driver management, or community administration.
- Exceptional record-keeping, data management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively relate with a diverse driver network.
- Demonstrated proficiency in field coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 300,000.
