About the Role
Tyonex Nigeria Limited, a renowned leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing sector, is seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Customer Service and Admin Officer to join our vibrant team in Abuja. In this dual-function role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, managing administrative duties, and supporting our sales objectives to foster business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
- Process customer orders accurately and follow up diligently to guarantee timely delivery and absolute customer satisfaction.
- Support daily sales activities, actively identifying customer needs and converting inquiries into profitable business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, generating regular periodic reports for management review.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, including logistics and sales, to resolve issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Abuja branch office.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in any related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative duties, sales, or the pharmaceutical industry is a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of converting customer inquiries into sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to drive confidently within the region.
