We are looking for a highly adaptable, analytical, and empathetic professional to join our team as an Operations & Growth Associate. This dynamic role is designed for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to wear multiple hats, and ready to grow with a fast-paced retail business in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Analyse customer feedback and pain points to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Support the product team to upload and manage content across our website and social channels, ensuring customers experience Kubona’s premium standard digitally.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to educate customers effectively.
- Support marketing campaign execution, market research, and analysis of user engagement data.
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting, product tasks, or content creation including text, images, and videos for various digital channels.
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
- Must reside within a 15 km radius of Oniru, Lekki to ensure manageable commute times and control transportation costs.
- Ready to work full-time on-site with occasional flexibility for weekends or public holidays as required.
- Highly teachable with a proven ability to learn new software, skills, and processes quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Adaptable mindset and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growing brand.
