About the Role
Detopsy Engineering Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Customer Care and Sales Representative to join our growing team in Abuja. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while actively identifying and converting business opportunities within the oil, gas, and marine sectors. You will blend exceptional customer relationship management with strategic sales outreach to promote our specialized engineering services, technical products, and industrial infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate service delivery.
- Persuasively present company products and engineering solutions to prospective clients, successfully converting technical inquiries into closed sales.
- Follow up consistently on customer requests, manage corporate accounts, and maintain comprehensive daily logs of all client interactions.
- Guide both technical and non-technical clients through product selection to help them choose the right engineering infrastructure options.
- Monitor local market trends in Abuja to identify lucrative growth opportunities, new projects, and competitive strategies.
- Minimum of a BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in a combined customer service and sales or telemarketing role, preferably within engineering, construction, or oil and gas.
- Articulate, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and modern business productivity software.
- Strong familiarity with the corporate and industrial business landscape in Abuja is highly desirable.
