About the Role
Zenith Carex International Limited, a leading logistics and clearing company with extensive cognate experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, haulage, and related logistics services, is looking for a dynamic Customer Care / Sales Officer. We offer reliable sea and air customs clearance services across all Nigerian seports and airports, reducing cycle times and lowering costs for our clients. We are seeking a talented female professional based in Agbor to join our growing team, foster strong client relationships, and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client support and manage all client communications effectively.
- Discuss business contracts, negotiate costs, and successfully initiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively generating new business leads to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new target markets and record daily customer transactions accurately.
- Handle client complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company logistics products and services.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, process client accounts, and handle documentation.
- Create frequent reviews and reports utilizing sales and financial data, and deliver impactful product presentations.
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in sales and client relationship management.
- Exclusive to female candidates only, living in Agbor or its immediate environs.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or marketing sector is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with high integrity, attention to detail, and a presentable demeanor.
