About the Role
RA Trading, Nigeria's foremost manufacturer of custom interior designs, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial and residential clients, ensuring seamless communication, resolving inquiries, and driving sales within the luxury furniture and interior design sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage large volumes of incoming phone calls across various channels.
- Acknowledge, investigate, and effectively resolve customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Develop expert knowledge of our custom interior design and furniture products to accurately answer client questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and specific client requests efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and provide valuable feedback on customer service processes.
- Identify customer needs, generate sales leads, and consistently strive to over-achieve targets.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and over-achieving performance quotas.
- Strong phone contact handling skills paired with active listening and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with modern CRM systems and customer service practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
