We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Care Officer to deliver exceptional service and support our expanding client base across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide detailed information regarding our agro-export programs, learn and earn models, and trade infrastructure services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and feedback in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline communication and improve overall service delivery.
- Educate clients on how to navigate our platforms and participate effectively in international agricultural trade.
- Must be fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong customer relations, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic certificates, diplomas, or degrees in a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or the agro-allied sector is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using basic office productivity tools and customer management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple inquiries.
