About the Role
Ruth & Roots Ltd is a renowned alternative health company dedicated to providing natural health remedies through herbs, nutrition, and non-surgical procedures. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and our valued clients, ensuring every customer receives accurate product information, prompt query resolution, and an outstanding overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the physical and virtual point of contact, guiding clients and recommending the best alternative health products and services for their specific needs.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about company offerings to prospective and new clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by professionally resolving complaints, answering inquiries, and following up post-purchase.
- Drive business growth through effective upselling, cross-selling, and closing of product sales in a friendly, engaging manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track payments, and accurately process customer orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to escalate concerns and find swift, effective solutions to client issues.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant customer service or sales experience.
- A background in medicine, healthcare, or a strong passion for alternative health and wellness.
- Must be tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must reside in Lagos, preferably in or close to the Ilupeju area.
- Formal qualification is secondary; comprehensive training will be provided for the ideal candidate.
