About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Recovery Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations by managing debt recovery, performing address verification, and executing asset tracking activities across designated locations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations in assigned territories.
- Verify customer addresses and carry out thorough physical investigations when required.
- Track, locate, and successfully recover defaulted or stolen assets following company protocols.
- Engage professionally, tactfully, and firmly with customers and third parties during all recovery activities.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize and ensure monthly recovery targets are consistently achieved.
- Ensure all recovery operations strictly comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar operational role.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle competently and possess a valid rider's license.
- Demonstrated experience in address verification, route navigation, and field investigations.
- Prior experience in recovering stolen or defaulted assets is an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of routes, terrain, and locations within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
