About the Role
P-GAT Industries is proud to spearhead the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative designed to revolutionize regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. Officially launched to drastically cut commuting costs while boosting the local economy, we are currently expanding our dynamic team. We are looking for a driven Customer Acquisition and Onboarding Officer to play a pivotal role in our growth by introducing our innovative mobility solutions to new users and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive proactive customer acquisition and onboarding activities across target locations in Adamawa State.
- Clearly explain ATRAS products, value propositions, and operational processes to prospective customers.
- Support documentation, eligibility qualification, user registration, and systematic follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and onboarding logs in alignment with company standards.
- Meet and exceed performance targets while cultivating professional, trust-based customer relationships.
- Minimum of a Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, or onboarding roles.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
- Ready and available to work full-time on-site in Adamawa State.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills with high standards of integrity and professionalism.
