About the Role
HRBP Limited, a premier Human Resource Management Consulting company, is looking for a driven and customer-centric Customer Acquisition Agent to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering comprehensive HR solutions, talent acquisition, and organizational development services across Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for new clients, guiding them seamlessly through our registration and onboarding processes while ensuring exceptional service delivery and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Register and successfully onboard new customers in accordance with company standards.
- Thoroughly verify customer information and required documentation to maintain data integrity.
- Assist customers efficiently through account opening and setup processes.
- Ensure the accurate completion, collation, and filing of all onboarding documentation.
- Provide prompt and professional support to resolve any initial customer inquiries or onboarding bottlenecks.
- Minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be a resident of your preferred and selected state of operation within Nigeria.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage documentation accurately.
